In addition to earning my Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designation, I am also trained as a Senior Real Estate Specialist and I am a Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist!
My focus in on "Age-Smart" real estate. I know that real estate is not a "one size fits all" industry. I have a network of service providers to help smooth the transition including; mortgage specialists, accounting services, home repairs, pet sitters, cleaning services, estate sales, tech help, in-home care, assisted living, probate services, and much, much more. I know who will get your work done asap and who allows for payment at closing. Would you rather not deal with any contractors, upgrades or repairs? Do you just want to sell your home asap? That's excellent too! Unlike many brokers, I'm fine with that. I know how to achieve that and get you on your way to your next adventure. I'm the broker who will inform you of ALL your options so you can make your very best decisions. My priority is always on listening to YOUR needs, YOUR goals and then providing the right solution for YOUR situation. I know you don't need or want a cookie cutter plan.
